About This Project
RM Retail is a support system for two major brands in the UAE, The Toy Store and Hallmark. RM Retail supports the brands with full 360 branding for both in-store and online. They wanted an in-house digital designer for all their online platforms, as well as help their print designer when needed.

Key Responsibilities:
- Introducing modern trends on the Hallmark website by revamping the design. Removing 3D elements, shadows, update fonts and implement the current colour scheme.
- Proposing and designing initial frameworks, concepts and changes for client approval.
- Updating the design of the e-commerce website to make it more friendly for customers to navigate through.
- Arranging images and text, making use of eye-catching colours, and typography to create artworks for promoting new products, key launches and offers on the e-commerce website and social media.
- Designing custom page templates for marketing campaigns, events and brands.
- Suggesting visual elements, such as text, colours and images, for effectively communicating an online campaign’s message to target groups.
- Creating custom icons, symbols and GIFs that are visually appealing for the website’s target audience.
- Drafting handovers on the website’s design guidelines, procedures and requirements for franchises.
- Illustrating custom activity sheets such as mazes, colour sheets, connect the dots etc. for children to be able to download and print.
- Testing and debugging cross-browser compatibility using major browsers on the web and various operating systems.
- Designing in-store print material to promote online campaigns.
- Troubleshooting and maintenance of the website.
